Didn't know there is fashions in transliteration.... what might be the lebanese-jewish fashion? Khag sameakh?? Anyway my hebrew "education" is influanced by my french-jewish friends...
ח=ح so it's hag sameah or in lebanese internet-speak 7ag samea7 if you're interested in the Mizrahi accent and authenticity you might as well take hebrew lessons in Lebanon. I know of at least three places that give hebrew lessons. I'm sure you'll have no problem finding them if you live in or around Beirut.

Why do you transliterate hebrew in the Israeli fashion, and not the Lebanese-jewish fashion?
